At the beginning, each designed device passes through specialized programs for analyzing flows and strengths and stresses in order to reach the laboratory in the next stage, in which it undergoes long-term durability tests. The device is also checked for emissivity and efficiency. In our laboratory, we can examine devices up to 750 kW.

convenience and economy - you do not have to worry about what kind of pellets to buy and from which producer! Platinum Bio VG burns the cheapest (price about PLN 600 / ton for class B pellets) and the most contaminated with sand wood pellets (class: A1, A2, B). The devices burning polluted pellets do not require temporary extinguishing of the burner to clean it from the slag (slag). Cleaning of the burner takes place in the continuous operation mode. The solution is reserved in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
 

comfort - to operate the boiler equipped with the Platinum Bio VG burner was even more convenient and comfortable the device was equipped with a sensor that controls the amount of fuel in the tank. So far, boilers on the market have not been equipped with such a system and it was the responsibility of the user to remember about backfilling the tank. The system constructed by KOSTRZEWA measures and informs the user well in advance about the planned activities (i.e. about the backfilling of fuel). The information is displayed in the form of a prompt on the screen of the boiler controller and the room regulator. The solution is reserved in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
 

innovation on the European scale - the device automatically adapts to the thermal demand of the building by reducing or increasing its dimensions (changing the length of the burner grate) - while designing we have used the variable geometry (VG) technology.
